The LoungeBox batteries work on 12V and therefore offer a significantly higher capacity than USB powerbanks that work on 5V. For example, 10Ah powerbanks offer 50 watt hours (Wh), 20Ah powerbanks 100Wh, 50Ah 250Wh. Depending on the version and capacity, the LoungeBox has 220 – 3500Wh and can therefore charge mobile phones, tablets, etc. more than 10 times as often and simultaneously operate or charge up to 7 other devices!
Beside our outdoor and industrial customers, the Loungebox is an inherent part of the equipment for police, fire, THW and DLRG departments.

The connections of the Loungebox make the battery a multifunctional tool for every conceivable situation. It is perfectly suited as a battery for electric motors in dinghies up to 650W(!), for charging the baitboat batteries, for operating lighting systems and charging all electronic devices – even during longer sessions!

Due to the higher voltage range of 4S LiFePo compared to 3S LiIon cells, the full battery voltage is available to the consumer for much longer and offers longer runtimes with the same capacity.
In addition to the above-mentioned advantages, the use of 4S LiFePo also has disadvantages: The size and weight of the LoungeBox PWR is around 20% larger or heavier than the LoungeBox PRO with 3S LiIon cells at the same capacity.
Our proven Carplounge digital Smart BMS (Battery Management System) is now in use over 10,000 times worldwide and regularly receives awards from specialist media. Our LiIon and LiFePo cells are actively protected against overcharging, deep discharge, reverse polarity and overheating.
We are the only manufacturer to guarantee at least 1500 charging cycles without significant loss of capacity for our entire 3S and 4S battery range!
